Mindset

The Stanford University psychologist Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D [1] who wrote the book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success [2] has researched on Mindset and way to transform it. Also Marisa Peer [3] the author of book Tell Yourself a Better Lie: Use the power of Rapid Transformational Therapy to edit your story and rewrite your life [4] has done countless therapy and speeches on Mindset and tips to transform it.

Given below is a set of slides highlighting things I understood studying their work

This is how one will respond while having either the Fixed or Growth mindset

This is how you can collaborate with your mind to success. You can Choose to any words to say to your mind, but you can’t choose the results it deliver
