[Book Summary] : The 4C’s Formula

I read The 4C’s Formula: Commitment, Courage, Capability and Confidence [1] book authored by Dan Sullivan [2]. Given below is my take-away from this book.     Dan used the 4C’s formula given below to successfully publish 1 book for each quarter (i.e 4 books for a year). This book explains concepts he used to achieved this seemingly impossible goal.      Commitment The first stage of this formula is making a Commitment. When you commit you should make this visible to others as well, thereby you will forced take actions toward it. This also informally get others to help you to achieve the goal. Courage Once you commit and make it public, you will feel the fear of a possibility of failing and risking your reputation. This will make you quickly move to second stage of exhibiting Courage to take actions to realize the Commitment.  Capability Once you take actions to realize the Commitment, you will be gradually develop new skills which was not there ...
