Feeling Insecure by Co-workers ! Are Your Life Whole ?

Palitha was employed at Stock & You a startup company, as a manager. He was spending long hours developing a cutting edge application enabling people to trade stocks easily. He was very happy with the work and contribution making towards the company goals.  One fine day, his boss informed a new junior manager called Priyanka will be introduced to the team and part of his responsibilities will handed over to that person so that company will be able meet its increase demand.  Palitha felt uncomfortable by Priyanka and her role in the company. Fear is built into every living being as a biological response to protect itself from harm. It is acts as protective mechanism on any living being (humans included) as a reaction to a threat and prepare the being to fight or flee away from it. Similar to animals, every one us of will feel fear when we encounter any unknown situation. Though some say that do not feel fear but experiences only minute forms of nervousness or anxiousness, which are also forms of fear manifestations. As you all agreed these feelings of fear is unpleasant and majority of us avoid situation or get paralyzed without taking action due to it.  Susan Jeffers [1] in her book Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway [2] says that "You cannot make Fear go away" and defines 5 universal Fear truths which you need to acknowledge to make it a trustful companion. Understanding and Busting the Fear Levels

 As a child how many times have you heard the word be careful from your parents. As an adult or a parent how may time have you asked you child to be careful ? I have heard these words of carefulness being dished out by my parents and I am guilty of dishing these words to my kids. The above behaviors that is passed to us through generations could have played a significant role in our fears. Susan Jeffers [1] in her book Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway [2] defines 3 levels of fear. Let me explain the these fear levels to you and show the real origin of these fears.
